The bed was comfortable. The street location features good illumination. Staff demonstrates helpfulness.

The shower produced water without adequate pressure. The room smelled strange all the time. The air conditioning provided almost no cooling.

friendly staff breakfast variety clean room

i appreciate the staff's friendliness. the breakfast offered great variety, including both hot and cold options. i found the room clean, the bedding was crisp. the location provides excellent access to public transport options which was convenient.

the air conditioning unit emitted significant noise. this disturbed my sleep during the nights.

surprisingly good stay

clean room helpful staff

i found the rooms quite clean. the staff were friendly and helpful for my needs. the location worked well and allowed easy access to local attractions. breakfast was a pleasant surprise offering a variety of choices each morning.

the bathroom was a bit small it made maneuvering a challenge. i also noticed some noise from nearby traffic making it difficult to sleep at times. additional soundproofing could make it better.

the hotel provides a supermarket right across the street making it easy to grab essentials. breakfast is served on the sixth floor including a terrace offering scenic views from above the city during the mornings.

the reception operates around the clock allowing flexible check-in and check-out times for all guests. many staff members can speak english so communication poses no problems for international travelers. trams stop just in front of the building for better commuting.
